<br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL BID <br />Collins Electrical Construction Co. $29,760.00 <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. $36,000.00 <br />Killmer Electric Co., Inc. $46,275.00 <br />Egan Companies, Inc. $58,750.00 <br />Engineer’s Estimate $39,500.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the bid of Collins Electrical Construction Co. in the amount of $29,760.00 <br />for the total bid for construction of said FYA improvements for the signal system at Armstrong <br />th <br />Boulevard/CSAH 83 and Sunwood Drive/147 Avenue NW in accordance with the approved <br />plans and specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest responsible bidder and their bid <br />shall be and hereby is accepted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the public will benefit by concurrently activating FYA improvements at the <br />th <br />intersections of Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 & Sunwood Drive/147 Avenue NW and <br />Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 & Bunker Lake Boulevard/CSAH 116. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1)The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Joint <br />Powers Agreement with Anoka County for the construction of said FYA improvements in <br />2018 for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Resolution #18-111 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
