Assistant Community Development Director/Executive HRA Director Frolik replied the plan <br />submitted by the applicant is what has been proposed if Coborn's expands. If the expansion is <br />never done the December 7th submitted Version would apply. Staff is not totally on board with <br />what has been proposed as a future site la"Out and would reserve any comments and tweaking of <br />the application when that happens. There is definitely potential for improvement on the layout. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the final site <br />plan for the Pond Building in Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff Review Letter dated December 29, 2004. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Jeffrey, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Elvig inquired of the timeline for ground breaking. <br />Assistant Community Development Director/Executive HRA Director Frolik replied the <br />applicant plans to break ground in the spring. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Amend Section 9.11 (Performance Standards) of City <br />Code; Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director/Executive HRA Director Frolik advised the <br />proposed ordinance regarding performance standards for model homes, temporary sales offices, <br />and construction trailers/field offices was .introduced on December 14, 2004. The ordinance is <br />now eligible for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Ordinance <br />#05-0l to amend City Code Section 9.11 -Performance Standards. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was perfom~ed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec: aye <br />Councihnember Cook: aye <br />Councilmembe,' Elvig: aye <br />Councilmember Jeffrey: aye <br />Councilmember Olson: aye <br />Councilmernber Pearson: aye <br />Councihnember Strommen: aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Council/January 11, 2005 <br /> Page 11 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
