Voting No: None. <br /> 7.02: Consider Adopting Ordinance #18-09 Amending Conditional Uses in the H-1 <br /> Highway 10 Business District (Project No. 18-113); Case of Baker White <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> adopt Ordinance #18-09 noting that this would update the zoning regulations to allow light <br /> manufacturing as a conditional use in the H-1 District. He noted that staff and the Planning <br /> Commission support this action. <br /> Councilmember Riley stated that this is the third time the Council has seen this, and this action <br /> does show that the City is business friendly and flexible while still ensuring that the standards of <br /> the Highway 10 corridor are met. <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau stated that the uses and patterns for Highway 10 have changed. He <br /> asked if the models for the corridor, as they are updated, will be incorporated into the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill noted that the plans would stand alone separate from <br /> the Comprehensive Plan process and would be updated through a future amendment. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to Adopt Ordinance <br /> #18-09 Amending Article II Division 4 Section 117-120 (H-1 Highway 10 Business District) of <br /> the Ramsey City Code. <br /> A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> Councilmember Shryock aye <br /> Councilmember Riley aye <br /> Councilmember Johns aye <br /> Councilmember Kuzma aye <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau aye <br /> Motion carried. <br /> I .
