He noted that staff and the Planning <br /> Commission support this action. <br /> Councilmember Riley stated that this is the third time the Council has seen this, and this action <br /> does show that the City is business friendly and flexible while still ensuring that the standards of <br /> the Highway 10 corridor are met. <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau stated that the uses and patterns for Highway 10 have changed.
