A detailed <br />drainage, grading, and utility plan will be addressed during the preliminary plat processl The <br />project .is subject to the review and permitting process of the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization (WMO). <br /> <br />The submitted sketch plan shows 2 parks, which is in agreement with the approved Master Plan <br />for the Town Center. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff will be discussing the issues raised in the Staff Review letter with the applicant prior to the <br />Planning Commission meeting. It is hoped that many of the issues can be resolved prior to the <br />meeting and Staff will give the Commission an update. Staff, however, does not want to slow <br />the project down unnecessarily.
