In 1991, a lot combination of Lot 33 Bowers Mississippi Acres and Lot 1 Block 1 Bowers <br />Mississippi Acres 2nd Addition was completed at the offices of Anoka County. This result's in <br />only one PIN number being issued for the two lots and the County considering the two lots as <br />one for tax statement purposes (the original plat boundary lines stay in tact). In order for the two <br />properties to be considered separate parcels again, the applicant will need to request that the <br />County re-assign a second PIN number to the vacant parcdl. Anoka County will require the City <br />to approve the request. Staff is comfortable signing and approving the request for a second PIN <br />number. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is Staff's opinion that the duo-ownership rule .is practically impOssible to enforce thoroughly <br />and equitably. Thus, Staff recommends that a variance to lot width and area be granted to Lot 1 <br />Block 1 Bowers Mississippi Acre~ 2"d Addition. <br /> <br />If approved, the variance will be sent to the DNR for review and certification. <br /> <br />Board Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #05-02-__ adopting Findings of Fact # relating to Darrell <br />Anderson's request for a variance to Section 9.21.07 of the Ramsey City Code regarding lot area <br />and lot width, contingent upon DNR certification, and completing a second PIN request at the <br />offices of Anoka County. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to Approve/deny Mr. Anderson's request for a vahance on Lot 1 Block i Bowers <br />Mississippi Acres 2® Addition based on the findings of fact and adopt Resolution #05~02- <br />declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Assistant Community Development Director <br />DNR <br /> <br />'BOA: 02/03/05 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
