<br />Min'aesota Rules, Part 6105.0010, Subpm't/, states in part that "lf in a group of two or more
<br />contiguous lots under a single ownerstfip any indlvidnal lot does no[ meet the !o~ width
<br />requirements of the local ordinance, such individual lot cannot be considered as a 3eparate parcel
<br />of land for puq~oses of sale or development, bat must be combined with adjacent lots under the
<br />same o~vnership so that the combination of lots will equal one or more parcels of land each
<br />meeting the l',)[ width requirements of the local ordinance, or to the .~eatest extent possible.:'

<br />The Department is concerned &at the development o.C the~e tots will necessitate significant tree
<br />removal. We have no slope information on the ~v-o lots, but are concerned that the new' structure
<br />may be close to or on the slopes in excess of' t2% (bluffline). We urge the City to consider ways
<br />to mitiaate these' ,..romems before issuing any deve!ol~ment petanits. Therefore, we sttggest the
