Clms Anderson <br />January 21, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />If the new house can't meet required structure setbacks from the ordinary high water <br />level (OHW) and bluff line, then no part of the structures, including open decks, <br />should be closer to the ordinary high water level, of the river than the average of the <br />two adjacent structures. This distance will ensure that the view of the river fQr the <br />existing tmuses will not be diminished. <br /> <br />A buffer with native vegetation should be retained or established in the area within 40 <br />feet of the "Top of Bank" or b!uffline.
