Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Johns, <br />Riley, and Shryock. Voting No: None. <br />5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted that Case 7.03 (Consider Responding to Request to Eliminate <br />Street Lights in COR Three North Commons, Case of Purmort Homes,) has been withdrawn <br />from the agenda by the applicant and will be removed from the agenda. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Shryock, <br />Johns, and Kuzma. Voting No: None. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />None. <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Consider Adopting Resolution #18- 112 Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract for <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street Pavement Improvement, Improvement <br />Project #18-05 <br />City Engineer Westby reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #18- <br />112 accepting bids and awarding a contract for Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street <br />Pavement Improvements, Improvement Project #18-05. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to Adopt Resolution <br />#18-112 Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract for Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street <br />Pavement Improvements, Improvement Project #18-05. <br />Further discussion: Acting Mayor LeTourneau noted that this assessment follows the City's <br />assessment policy of 60/40. He noted that there is one residential property in this project area <br />that is not proposed to be included in the assessment and asked for details. City Engineer <br />Westby noted that the residential property will not receive commensurate benefit in line with the <br />City Council / June 12, 2018 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />
