Voting No: None. <br />7.02: Consider Adopting Ordinance #18-09 Amending Conditional Uses in the H-1 <br />Highway 10 Business District (Project No. 18-113); Case of Baker White <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br />adopt Ordinance #18-09 noting that this would update the zoning regulations to allow light <br />manufacturing as a conditional use in the H-1 District. He noted that staff and the Planning <br />Commission support this action. <br />Councilmember Riley stated that this is the third time the Council has seen this, and this action <br />does show that the City is business friendly and flexible while still ensuring that the standards of <br />the Highway 10 corridor are met. <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau stated that the uses and patterns for Highway 10 have changed.
