J. <br />I. Ownership of Documents. All reports, plans, specifications, data, maps, and <br />other documents produced by the Contractor in the performance of services <br />under this Agreement shall be the property of the City. <br />Government Data. The Contractor agrees to maintain all data received from <br />the City in the same manner as the City as required under the Minnesota <br />Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. <br />K. Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, each of which <br />shall be deemed an original, and which taken together shall be deemed to be <br />one and the same document. <br />L. Savings Clause.
