Show 10 foot wide sidewalks along Bunker Lake Blvd NW and Ramsey Blvd NW. <br />2. Remove infiltration basins onsite and contribute to the Infiltration Mitigation Fund. Contact <br />Engineering Department for more information. <br />3. Add vehicle turnaround at south end of Olivine Terrace. <br />4. Provide written proof from Anoka County authorizing work within the County right-of-way. <br />5. A legend is required on every sheet showing all linetypes and symbols used on the sheet. <br />6. Provide a site -specific typical section. <br />7. Provide MnDOT 6 sheet set of details for pedestrian ramps. <br />8. Total project site acreage must be noted on preliminary plat sheet. <br />9. Show trail connection from Olivine Street NW to Ramsey Blvd NW. <br />Planning Staff provides the following comments that require revision for the Preliminary Plat: <br />Revisions/Comments Per Sheet: <br />Sheet 4 — Site <br />1. Add two valves on 146th Ln NW and Olivine St NW intersection — one for west main and one for <br />south main <br />2. Add three values at intersection of 146th Ln NW and Olivine Terrace — south, north, and west main <br />cluster in intersection <br />3. Engineering Comment: Site is within 10-year well capture zone, no infiltration on -site. No infiltration <br />is permitted onsite. Developer must contribute to Infiltration Mitigation Fund administered by City. <br />Contact Engineering Department for more information. <br />4. Provide turnaround at south end of Olivine Terrace if cannot connect to existing street. It is Public <br />Safety's preference that roadways connect. <br />5. Plan and profile sheets will be required for all utilities in the Final Plat submittal. <br />6. Submit calculations supporting picking up drainage from County Highway Ditch. <br />
