Shel explained the Facilities Committee discussed that the <br />City is acting as a model with this project. If the City only completes the bare minimum <br />requirements it will be difficult to negotiate extras for other projects. The Committee discussed <br />that some level of ramping up of the landscaping:plan might be in the City's best interest. <br /> <br />Mr. Farber reviewed the proposed landscaplng plan with an increase of $100,000 in the budget. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey stressed the need to budget for maintenance of the landscaping. <br /> <br />~City Council Work Session/February 1, 2005 <br /> page 5 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
