The State portion of the grant is for $420,000 and the City of Ramsey will <br />provide a 20% match, in cash or in kind, to the federal funds. The funding will be used <br />for the acquisition of real property for a park and ride facility in the City of Ramsey for <br />approximately 150 vehicles. <br /> <br />In order to use the grant funds for property acquisition, the City must submit formal <br />appraisals for the subject property. The appraisers must be on a State approved list of <br />appraisers. Typically, the State allows I5% of the grant amount to be used for the <br />appraisals, legal and administrative fees. <br /> <br />LSA Design is requesting City Authorization to perform the administrative work required <br />to seek proposals from State approved firms to perform an appraisal of the subject park <br />and ride facility property. <br /> <br /> Planning I Architecture I Urban.
