Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the follOwing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> CONSIDER AUTHoRIzATION TO HIRE <br /> A COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a part of the 2005 budget, council authorized the creation of an <br />additional community service officer position; and authorized recruitment on December 14th, <br />2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,. an internal recruitment was conducted and six applications were <br />received and six applicants were intervieWed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATEOF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the personnel Committee to do the following: <br /> <br />Grant authorization to staff to hire Daniel Godlewski to the position of community service <br />officer at an hourly wage not to exceed $14.85 He willbegin employment on or after <br />February 9, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council tlfis the 8th day of February, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />
