Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-01-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY OFFICE PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 4, 2004,: Riverside Companies, hereafter referred to aS <br />"Applicant", properly applied fora minor Subdivision to plat one buildable lot on the following <br />legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Outlot A, River's Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota lying <br />southerly of the following described line and its extensions: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southwest Coruer of said Outiot A; thence on an assumed bearing of <br />north 19 degrees 10 minutes 05 seconds west, along the west line of said Outlot A, a <br />distance of 205.21 feet t° the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence north <br />67 degrees 21 minutes 17 Seconds east a diStance of 332.59 feet to the east line of said <br />Outlot A and said described' line there terminating. <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Office Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to <br />be processed as a minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as <br />required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on December 2, 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, park dedication Was satiSfied through a previous development agreement; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on February 8, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA cOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey city Council 'hereby grants final plat approval of Ramsey Office Park in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br /> letter dated February 4, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
