3) Rural Developing Subdivision Ordinance <br /> <br />Community Development Director TrUdgeon reviewed that the City Council last discussed the <br />draft cluster ordinance for the Rural Deve!Oping Area at the November 30, 2004 work session. <br />Staff is bringing the ordinance back for further discussion..He indicated the basic concept of the <br />ordinance is to allow property oWners to develop, but does not close the door for the City on how <br />they grow. In his estimation it isan easy decision to go this way. Staffwould like to discuss the <br />detail with the Council tonight. He suggested this ordinance be <br />ad9pted, and changes can be made as the open space and Comprehensive Plan amendment <br />process proceeds.
