3) Rural Developing Subdivision Ordinance Community Development Director TrUdgeon reviewed that the City Council last discussed the draft cluster ordinance for the Rural Deve!Oping Area at the November 30, 2004 work session. Staff is bringing the ordinance back for further discussion..He indicated the basic concept of the ordinance is to allow property oWners to develop, but does not close the door for the City on how they grow.
