The Council discussed ~the ordinance'gOing back before the Planning Commission for review. <br /> <br />The consensus of the Council was to direct staff to schedule an agenda item on the February <br />Planning Commission meeting of. the draft clUster ordinance for the Rural Developing Area as a <br />discussion item. The commissiOners'shoUld be supplied with a draft of the ordinance as soon as <br />possible to allow them time to-come t0.;the meeting with comments. The ordinance will be <br />scheduled as an agenda item on the ltl'st Council meeting in February. <br /> <br />Agenda Item No. 5 was moved uP next in the agenda. <br /> <br />5) Special Event Permit - Diamo~nd~s S <br /> <br />Police Chief Way informed the council will be <br />making application for~ two special events lfor; will need <br />consideration by the Council prior t0: being allowing an <br />outdoor band to play until 1:00 a.m. On June 10th normally the cut off time <br />for the music would be 10:00 p.m. He n(~ted the music that will be facing the <br />river. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec asked how late music <br /> <br />~ays. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson <br />she will check the special <br /> <br />The Council determined <br />consistent with the time <br /> <br />~hould <br /> <br />1:00 or 11:30.
