LessorLESSOR Covenants that it will keep the Tower <br />in reasonable repair ~ required by-all federal, state, county and local laWs for its <br />intended use as a water storage facility. The Lessor LESSOR shall also comply <br />with all roles and regUlations enforced by the Federal Commtmications <br />Commission with regard t6 the lighting, marking and painting of towers. <br /> <br />LesseeLE£SEE shall,: at its own.expense, maintain any equipment on or attached to <br />the Leased Premises in a: Safe: cOndition, in reasonable repair and in a manner <br />suitable to Le. ssor~.~ .... E shall restore to as good or better condition any part of the Leased <br />Premises which are impacted or affected by Lessee's LESSEE's construction on the <br />Leased Premises. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />ADVANCES lN. TECHNOLOGY.
