If the radio frequency interference study indicates that Lessee'sLESSEE's Antennas cause harmful radio interference with highrer priority Users, LesseeLESSEE shall take all measures necessary to correct ai~d eliminate the interference. If the interference cannot be eliminated, Lessor may at its option, terminate this Agreement immediately for cause and refund the initia~ rental payment to LesseeLE£SEE. LESSEE COMPLIANCE.
