E shall defend all claims arising out of the <br />installation, operation, use, maintenance, repair, removal, or presence of Lessee's <br />LESSEE's antenna facilities, equipment and related facilities on the Leased <br />Premises. <br /> <br />INSURANCE. The Parties hereby waive any and all rights of action for negligence <br />against ithe other which maY hereafter arise on account of damage to the Leased <br />Premis6s, resulting from any fire, or other casualty of the kind covered by standard <br />fire insurance policies with extended coverage, regardless of whether or not, or in <br />what amounts, sUCh insurance is now or hereafter carried by the. Lessee T ~ee~r~ upon terminatiOn of the <br />Lease Agreement,' shall, within n/neW (90) days, remove its building(s), antenna <br />structure(s) (excePt footings), fixtures and all personal property and otherwise <br />restore the Leased Premises to its original condition, reasonable wear and tear <br />excepted.
