The City would <br />Close the left turn mo~ement~ onto Ramsey Parkway. at Armstrong Boulevards when <br />traffic operation issues aris. e: No signalization will be requested at this location. <br /> <br />No additional hli access Points-will be allowed along the west side of Armstrong Blvd, <br /> <br />Future signal systems at, SunWood Drige and Armstrong Boulevard and at Sunwood Drive and <br />Ramsey Boulevard :may need railroad pre-emption so that the queue at the signals does not back <br /> ~ : <br /> <br />up over the tracks (northbound green prior to train arrival). The City will coordinate this design <br />with the BNSF Rail Road and.MnDOT. The-County's position is that these signals should be <br />coordinated with the respective railroad signals and Traffic control Signals on TH 10. This may <br />require th'e County and City to enter into a separate agreement with BNSF and MnDOT. <br /> <br />PttASES <br />A. <br /> <br />Phase I (2005) <br />Phase one of the project includes the following components: <br />(t) Ramsey BOulevard is !mprovedto a four lane divided highway from T.H, 10 to 1,000 feet <br /> north of Bunker Lake Boulevard.. This project includes signal modifications at T.It. 10 <br /> and railroad:crossing Upgrades (signal and surface). <br /> <br />(2) A full traffic aetu.ated signal is installed at Ramsey Boulevard and Bunker Lake- <br /> Boulevard and atiRamsey BOulevard and Sunwood Drive with right and left turn lanes as <br /> required for all approaches to the intersection. <br /> <br />(3) Turn lanes (both left and right) will be added on Bunker Lake Boulevard at Town Center- <br /> Drive. <br /> <br />(4) Left mm lane s as required for sou.th bound traffic and a fight turn lane for north bound <br /> traffic will be added on Armstrong Boulevard at Sunwood Drive, <br /> <br />(5) SeVeral city streets will be constructed south of Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br /> <br />
