Phase II (2006) <br />( 1 ) Armstrong Boul%ard is reconstructed from T.H.. 10 to 1,000 feet north of Bunker Lake <br /> BouleVard t° a four lane divided roadway, This project includes signal modifications at <br /> T.H. l0 and railroad CrOssing Upgrades. (signal and surface). <br />(2) Full traffic actuated signal systems would be instailed at the intersections of Bunker Lal, <br /> Boulevard and Anmtrofig Boulevard, and at Armstrong Boulevard arid Sunwood Drive. <br /> All signals on Bunker Lake Boulevard shall be interconnected, with an interconnect <br /> system compatible wittt other County interconnects. <br /> <br />Phase III (2007) <br /> <br />(1) Bunker Lake Boulevard is reconstrUcted to a f6ur lane divided roadway from Armstron~ <br /> Boulevard to 1,000 feet east of Ramsey Boulevard. <br /> <br />(2) Full traffic actuated s~gnal systems would be fiastalled at the intersection of Bunker Lak~ <br /> Boulevard and Town Center Drive, Bunker Lake Boulevard at Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br /> Al/signals ori Bunker Lake Boulevard shall be'interconnected with an interconnect <br /> system compatible with other County interconnects. - <br /> <br /> (3) The County will ConSider the addition of a full traffic actuated signa! system at the <br /> intersection of Bunker Lake Boulevard and Sunwood Drive foilowing receipt of <br /> additional traffic inf. ~rmation to justify said'signal system, <br />($ 4) · The remaining City .streets south of Bunker Lake Boulevard would be constructed. Tow <br /> Center Drive north of BUnker Lake Boulevard will be constructed. The City will insure <br /> that only six fUll accesses will-connect to Bunker Lake Boulevard between Armstrong . <br /> Boulevard and RarrksCy Boulevard, with a four-legged intersection counting as two <br /> <br /> accesses. This proViSion is in agreement with the original Joint Powers Agreement <br /> :between the city and'the County at the time the roadway was constructed. <br />(5) Any modification of the signals existing on the project as a result of pr/or construction, <br /> <br />Phase IV (2007) <br /> <br /> Sunfish Lake BouleVard is reconstructed to a four lane divided roadway from T.H. 10 to <br /> 1000 feet north of the BNSF raikoad.-This project includes a signal improvement at T.H <br /> 10 and a railroad crOsSing uPgrade to the crossing surface and signal.
