COSTS intersections of Bunker Lake Boulevard (C.R. 116) with Armstrong Boulevard (C. S.A.H. 83) ar Ramsey Boulevard (C.R. 56),-along with all county highways and intersections between Bunkex LakeiBoulevard andHighway 10; inclusive of Armstrong Boulevard and Ramsey Boulevard. Total· Construction COsts shall include construction costs and administrative costs such as bonding expenses, legal expert, scs md engineering fees, provided however, that said administrative costs shall not exceed126 percent (26%) of the construction costs. "Estimated total construction costs' are good faith projections 0feosts which will be incurred for the projects. Total estimated ConStmcfi°n cost of the Improvements described in schedules A, B and C is $13,050,372.08.! TheSe figures are based on the City estimates included in the "Summary of. Estimated Proje~t CoSts for~ the Ramsey Town Center Improvements" incorporated herein by reference. The project costs Shall be paid for by special assessmen.ts, City funds, State funds, Federal funds and Cotmty e°nthbUfions, as hereinafter provided. The projects for wh/ch the cost are to be shared bY the County andthe City, the estimated total cost of each project, and the County participation in each projeot ia listed in schedules "A", "B", and "C" on Pages 9 and this ~greement. The estimated costs for the iqgnal projects are $2,801,250 of which $t,012,500 is on.T.H. 10. The remaining $1,788;750.in estimated signal costs are on County highways. Since only two of the signal systems on ~he COunty highway system are warranted, the County will not participate in theiv;constnlcfi°n of Unwarranted signals. The county will participate in construction of and will pr&vide ongoing malntcnanee for the-signal systems'at Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH 83) at Bunker:Lake Boulevard (C.R. 116) and Ramsey BOulevard (CSAH/CR 57) at Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH 116i, in acCordance wifh the county cost sharing policy. ( 1 ) The City 81mll ~ubmit plans for each signal system,, including EVP, to the County for review and approva! sixty (.60) days prior to the advertising for bids. The City Shall pay to the CoUnty a planreview fee of $1,000 for eack signal plan submitted. 7
