The County Shall <br />have final.authority to aeCept all roadway and signal work done within the county right of <br />Way. The estimated ~ost to tlae City for construction observation is $107,325. <br />The City shall b¢ responsible for all remaining construction and engineev/ng costs. <br /> <br />The cost l~articiPation is summarized below: <br />Anoka County: : $0 <br /> <br />City of Ramsey, :Signal Construction Inspection: $107,325 <br />City of Ramsey ALL REMAINING COSTS <br />The total cost.to the City for the signal inspection is estimated at $t07,325. <br />Upon award of the con~aCt for each signal, the City shall pay to the County, upon written <br />demand by the C°unty, ninety five percent (93%)"of its port/on of the cost of inspection <br />of the signal system.
