PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Persom~el Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Todd Cook <br />Counciimember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Cook called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Cook added Case A: Nominate the Chair and Vice Chair for 2005. Assistant City <br />Administrator Nelson added Case 2A: AUthorize hiring of Assistant Finance Officer. <br /> <br />The revised agenda was approved by consensus. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #A: Nominate Chair and Vice Chair for 2005 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember pearson, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to nominate <br />Councilmember Cook to remain as Chair of the Personnel Committee for 2005. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Cook, and Councilmembers Pearson and Jeffrey. <br />Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded bY Chairperson Cook, to nominate Councilmember <br />Pearson as Vice Chair of the Personnel Committee for 2005. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
