Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Chairperson Cook, and Councilmembers Pearson, <br />Elvig, Jeffrey, Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson indicated there is room in the 95 percent margin.
