Goals, Objectives and <br />Performance Indicators <br />The adopted goals from the Hennepin County <br />Transportation System Plan (TSP) 2030 were refined to <br />reflect changes in policy, new initiatives, and needs of <br />residents and businesses. <br />Create a <br />transportation <br />system that <br />protects and <br />enhances the <br />environment <br />Improve our <br />transportation <br />system to <br />enhance quality <br />of life, health, <br />livability, and <br />competitiveness <br />Our goals and objectives are intended to guide <br />investment and policy decisions. A goal is a broad <br />statement that describes a desired end state. An <br />objective is a specific measurable statement that <br />supports achievement of a goal.
