Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-142 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED AGREEMENTS RELATED TO AFFINITY AT RAMSEY <br />WHEREAS, throughout 2018, the City multiple agreements related to Affinity at Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Affinity at Ramsey, LLC have agreed to final terms on multiple agreements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves final versions of the following agreements related to <br />Affinity at Ramey, subject to review by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />a. TIF Agreement <br />b. Right of Entry Agreement <br />c. Right of Re -Entry Agreement <br />d. Development Agreement <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 10' day of <br />July, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
