CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 07/10/2018 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />4. 11. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution # 18-143 Approving Development Agreement for Riverstone 2nd Addition; Case of Riverstone <br />Development, LLC (Capstone Homes) <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to approve the standard development agreement for Riverstone 2nd Addition. This <br />agreement ensures that required improvements are completed in a timely fashion, required development fees are <br />paid, and provides financial security in the event of default. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Please see attached Development Agreement for detailed information. <br />Funding Source: <br />All costs associated with the request are the responsibility of the Developer.
