The following standards need to be applied during construction activities to <br />fulfill the requirements of the permits. <br />• General Provisions. All equipment used for operations shall be maintained and <br />operated to minimize, as far is practicable, noises, dust, and vibrations adversely <br />affecting surrounding properties. The maximum noise level at the perimeter of <br />the work site shall not exceed the levels outlined in Table 8.2. There shall be no <br />emission of any solid or liquid particles in concentrations exceeding 0.3 grains per <br />cubic foot of the conveying gas or air. No operations shall be allowed when wind <br />gusts exceed thirty miles per hour. Existing tree and ground cover shall be <br />preserved to the extent feasible. <br />8-2 <br />
