21.2 Turn lanes and lane adjustments would be needed at the <br />following intersections: <br />• TH 10 at Armstrong Boulevard —add an eastbound <br />and a westbound through lane on the intersection <br />approaches; add an eastbound and a southbound left <br />turn lane and a southbound right turn lane. <br />• TH 10 at Ramsey Boulevard —add an eastbound and <br />a westbound through lane on the intersection <br />approaches; add an eastbound and a southbound left <br />turn lane and a westbound right turn lane. A <br />southbound through lane and a northbound left turn <br />lane and northbound through/right lane would need <br />to be added to serve the Rivenwick 3rd Subdivision <br />traffic independent of the project traffic. <br />• TH 10 at Sunfish Lake Boulevard —add an <br />eastbound and a westbound through lane on the <br />intersection approaches; convert the southbound <br />approach from a through/left turn lane and a right <br />turn lane to through/right turn lane and two left turn <br />lanes (this adds one lane to the approach). <br />in the City's five (5) year Capital <br />Improvement Program. This <br />Section of Industry Avenue is <br />now called Bunker Lake <br />Boulevard and is being funded <br />through the existing TIF 14 funds. <br />The City will continue to work No Change. <br />with MnDOT and Anoka County <br />on this item, including <br />improvement discussed for the <br />Armstrong Interchange.
