TRANSPORTATION <br />Item Mitigation Description <br />No. <br />21.1 Analysis of the intersection operations indicates that lane <br />additions and installation of intersection channelization and <br />traffic signals would be adequate to mitigate the project <br />impacts at the intersections in the study area. The following <br />roadway widenings are suggested: <br />• Ramsey Boulevard —widen to five lane cross section <br />south of Industry Avenue to provide two through <br />lanes in each direction and a left turn lane/center <br />median. <br />• Bunker Lake Boulevard (formerly Industry <br />Avenue) —widen to five lane cross section west of <br />Ramsey Boulevard to provide two through lanes in <br />each direction and a left turn lane/center median. <br />2013 Update <br />This item has been completed. <br />This item has been partially <br />completed. Bunker Lake <br />Boulevard has been upgraded <br />between Dysprosium Street and <br />Sunfish Lake Boulevard. In <br />addition, the intersections at <br />Ramsey Boulevard (CSAH 56) <br />and Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH <br />83) have been upgraded. There <br />are two (2) remaining sections to <br />be upgraded and said <br />Improvement Project is included <br />investigation into the extent of <br />contamination should be <br />completed. If necessary, the site <br />must be cleaned up to MPCA <br />standards <br />2018 Update <br />N/A <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard east of <br />Puma Street is scheduled for <br />improvements in 2018.
