This information is <br />combined with the above water usage projections for the RTC site plus the projected <br />water use for the undeveloped Urban Growth Area to determine total projected water <br />demand at 2020 and is summarized in Table 13.8. The total projected water usage for the RTC development is <br />estimated to be about 1.631 MGD. Dividing this number by the upper usage of 150 gpd <br />yields an equivalent design population for the RTC of approximately 10,900. This <br />13-6 <br />
