The City Council is asked to act on the following items related to the proposed project: <br />1. Accept the preliminary residential special assessment rate of $3,919.90 per lot. <br />2. Authorize an assessment appraisal consultation to ensure all special assessments are <br />commensurate with benefit received from the proposed improvements. <br />3.
