There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, <br />Johns, and Shryock. Voting No: None. <br />The public hearing was closed at 8:21 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to Adopt Resolution <br />#18-231 Approving Feasibility Report and Ordering Plans and Specifications for Improvement <br />Project #19-03, Wood Pond Hills and Chestnut Ridge Street Reconstructions. <br />Further discussion: Acting Mayor LeTourneau appreciated the thoroughness of City Engineer <br />Westby's presentations and the work that is put into these projects. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Shryock, Johns, <br />Kuzma, and Riley. Voting No: None. <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Consider Adopting Resolution #18-236 Approving Final Plans and Specifications, <br />Authorizing Advertisement for Bids, and Approving Development Agreement for <br />LazyDays RV Expansion <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br />adopt Resolution #18-236 approving final plans and specifications, authorize the City to <br />advertise for bids for utility extensions, and approve the Development Agreement related to the <br />LazyDays RV expansion. <br />Councilmember Riley asked the timing of the construction and whether that would fit with the <br />project that is being added for LazyDays. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill noted that by approving the Development <br />Agreement tonight that would allow LazyDays to proceed with their site plan project. He stated <br />that the project schedule for the sewer and water would transpire during the first quarter of 2019 <br />to align with the opening of the service bays. He explained that the building expansion opening <br />would not be allowed to occur until the sewer and water hook-up occurs. <br />Councilmember Riley stated that he understands the need for the sewer and water extension to be <br />a City project. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to Adopt Resolution <br />#18-236 Granting Approval of Final Plans and Development Agreement Approval for Lazy Days <br />City Council / November 13, 2018 <br />Page 10 of 14 <br />
