Reduction in Premium Due to Change in Insurance Band <br />If the total premium cost of the Perform Network decreases in 2020 due to <br />the City being rated in a different insurance band or classification, the <br />Total Monthly City Contribution described in Paragraph A, above, will be <br />adjusted as follows: <br />• Employee only (single): The City will contribute the total cost of <br />the Perform Network premium, not to exceed the amount described <br />in Paragraph A. <br />• Employee and Children: The C <br />ontribution will be reduced <br />to 60% of the cost of the Perork premium. <br />• Employee and Spouse: Citv's con ion will be reduced to <br />60% of the cost of the Perform Network p <br />• Family: The Citv's contribution will be reduce <br />of the Perform Network premium. <br />% of the cost <br />2.
