ARTICLE ONE (1) PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of January 1, 2017, between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ereinafter called the Employer, and LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC., <br />hereinafter called LELS. <br />It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to: <br />1.1 Assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationships between the <br />parties hereto; <br />1.2 Establish procedures for the resolution of disputes rning this Agreement's <br />interpretation and/or application; and <br />1.3 Place in written form the parties' agreement u <br />the duration of this Agreement. <br />terms and conditio employment for <br />The Employer and LELS, through this Agreement, shall continue their dedicati, to the highest <br />quality of police service and protection to the resident "t' '` e City of Ramsey.
