In the event any provision of this Agreement shall be held contrary to law <br />by a court of competent jurisdiction from whose final judgment or decree no appeal has <br />been taken within the time provided, such provisions shall be voided. All other provisions <br />of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The voided provisions shall be <br />renegotiated at the written request of either party. <br />14 <br />Deleted: 19.2 Biweekly, the EMPLOYER will calculate the <br />difference between the maximum EMPLOYER group insurance <br />contribution and the actual insurance premium cost for the current <br />calendar year. If the EMPLOYERS maximum insurance <br />contribution exceeds the cost of insurance premium benefits, the <br />EMPLOYER will remit to the Employee the difference, minus all <br />legal taxes of the Employee. ¶ <br />
