ARTICLE I:PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the CITY OF RAMSEY, hereinafter called the <br />Employer, and LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC., hereinafter called LELS. <br />It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to: <br />1.1 Assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationships between the <br />parties hereto; <br />1.2 Establish procedures for the resolution of dispute I ruing this Agreement's <br />interpretation and/or application; and <br />1.3 Place in written form the parties' agreement <br />for the duration of this Agreement. <br />s and con i s of employment <br />The Employer and LELS, through this Agreement, shall continue heir dedicati ./o the highest <br />quality of police service and protection to the residents of the City of Ramsey.
