After twenty-five (25) years <br />of continuousmployment service the EMPLOYEE will receive forty percent (40%) <br />of said EMPLOYEE'S unused, accumulated sick leave. <br />ARTICLE 16: INJURY ON DUTY (IOD) <br />16.1 Employees injured during the performance of their duties for the EMPLOYER and <br />thereby rendered unable to work for the EMPLOYER will be paid the difference <br />between the Employee's regular pay and Worker's Compensation insurance payments <br />12 <br />
