A. 2020 Premium Contributions Based on Existine Insurance Premiums <br />The employer will make the followine contributions toward croup health insurance <br />coveraee for employees enrolled in the Citv's health plan durine 2020. In the event that there are chances to the Perform Network premiums for <br />2020 due to either: (1) a reduction in premiums: or (2) an increase in premiums due to <br />the imposition of premium taxes under the Affordable Care Act. the Total Monthly <br />City Contribution will be adiusted as follows: <br />17 <br />
