C. The City will not offer counseling services to anv officer involved in a <br />critical incident if the Citv's Workers Compensation provider agrees to <br />pay for mental health services arising out of the same critical incident. <br />D. All counseling services offered pursuant to this agreement must be utilized <br />within two years of an officer's involvement in a critical incident. <br />E. The officer may attend counseling appointments while on -duty. without <br />using accrued paid leave time. <br />3. Financial Limitations.
