Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 18-205 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT APPROVAL FOR GRADING <br />AND EROSION CONTROL FOR LAZY DAYS RV LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY <br />GENERALLY KNOWN AS 8930 HIGHWAY 10 NW AND OUTLOT "A". <br />WHEREAS, Lazydays of Minneapolis, LLC (dba Lazydays RV), hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", properly received Preliminary Plat and Site Plan approval of the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1; and Outlot A; ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION, Except Parcel <br />22, Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 90. <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the CITY requires that the DEVELOPER enter into a Development Agreement <br />with the CITY to ensure the timely installation of required improvements; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Development Agreement approval for grading <br />and erosion control for the Subject Property with Lazydays RV and authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 25th <br />day of September, 2018 <br />
