COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 7.01: Consider Adopting Resolution #18-236 Approving Final Plans and Specifications, <br /> Authorizing Advertisement for Bids, and Approving Development Agreement for <br /> LazyDays RV Expansion <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> adopt Resolution #18-236 approving final plans and specifications, authorizing the City to <br /> advertise for bids for utility extensions, and approving the Development Agreement related to the <br /> LazyDays RV expansion. <br /> Councilmember Riley asked the timing of the construction and whether that would fit with the <br /> project that is being added for LazyDays. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill noted that approving the Development Agreement <br /> tonight would allow LazyDays to proceed with their site plan project. He stated that the project <br /> schedule for the sewer and water would transpire during the first quarter of 2019 to align with <br /> the opening of the service bays. He explained that the building expansion opening would not be <br /> allowed to occur until the sewer and water hook-up occurs. <br /> Councilmember Riley stated that he understands the need for the sewer and water extension to be <br /> a City project. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #18-236 Granting Approval of Final Plans and Development Agreement Approval for Lazy Days <br /> City Council/November 13, 2018 <br /> Page 10 of 14 <br />
