Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Shryock, <br /> Johns, and Kuzma. Voting No:None. <br /> 7.02: Consider Introducing Ordinance#18-16: 2019 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges <br /> Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and recommendation to introduce Ordinance <br /> #18-16: 2019 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to introduce Ordinance <br /> #18-16: 2019 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Johns, <br /> Riley, and Shryock. Voting No:None. <br /> 7.03: Receive Update Regarding the 2020 US Census <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and provided an update <br /> regarding the 2020 US Census process. <br /> Councilmember Shryock agreed that it would make sense to utilize the already in place Boards <br /> and Commissions and City Council to encourage participation in the census. <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau confirmed the consensus of the Council to follow the <br /> recommendation of staff to utilize existing Boards, Commissions, and the Council and staff to <br /> encourage participation in the census. <br /> 7.04: Consider Request to Rezone Property Identified by PID #35-32-25-32-0062 from R- <br /> 1 Residential (MUSA) to E-1 Employment (Project No. 155); Case of Rocky Mtn <br /> Investment LLC <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation from <br /> the Planning Commission that the property remain as R-1 Residential (MUSA). <br /> Councilmember Riley referenced the triangle piece of property and asked if that is owned by <br /> 6250 and is unimproved. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill confirmed that is owned by 6250 and is unimproved <br /> and perhaps used as yard space. He stated that there is not currently any outdoor storage or <br /> parking for that area. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma asked if the additional fencing would help support a rezoning of this <br /> parcel. <br /> City Council/November 13,2018 <br /> Page 11 of 14 <br />
