The site plan was sent to MnDot and at th~ ~ime of writing this letter, staff has not received'any written or verbal comments regar ~ding your proposal. Storm Water Management Fee,, The icity has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee and the Current rate is $3,835.00 per commercial aC're.-Se amount of Stormwater Management Fee due on the 2-acre parcel is $7,670. A cash payment will be required prior to the City issuing a Building Permit. Park Dedication/Trail' Fees: It has come!to the City's attention that during the platting of the subject property the City did noti¢011eCt th~ required park dedication and trails fees. The required fees will need to be paid, however st~ff tmderstands that discussion needs to continue between the City, Village Bank, and Dave !$hulte to 4:lCtermine who will be responsible 'for paying the fees.
