Confidential PROFESSIONAL FEES The fee for our services, based iUpoa;the ~boVeilimited scope, is $18,500.00 plus expenses incurred. This is based on a pr~jeC~se¢~rity bedgct of $100,000. Any additional services beyond the stated scope shall b0~ bill'el at tlie following rates: $.150.00 per hour for Principal Consultant, $135.00 iper hour ~ senior C4n~ltant and $115.00 per hour for an Electrical Engineer/Project Mahager. The client recognizes that SecufiCo is not an insurer and t~t SecuriC01does n°t'r~preseng warrant or guaranty that the design standards, systems, policies, procedures, v~ndors, dev;iees~ etc. it recommends will prevent or deter damage to persons or property at alt times and Under all. circumstances. The client acknowledges that they e°ntinu~ to be solely responsible for any insurance coverage for any loss or damage to any ~onOr prOpertY?at their premises. Since it is extremely difficult for SecuriCo to detej'mine the ~e.:ofor ]~unountofany loss that may be incurred due to any action or inaction by SeeufiCo,:the elientagrees that SecuriCo's liability for any such loss shall be hrmted to the amount ofth~s~Lett~r of Qn.derstandmg.
