The panics t© this!parking Improvement Maintenance Agreement are the <br />City of Ramscy, a Minbesota mCnicipal cOrpOration (the "City") and Ramsey Town Center LLC, <br />a iVlinncsota limited liability company (thd "DeVeloper"). <br /> <br /> 2.
