Shingobee
Builders came to staff to inform them there would be an issue with the setbacks that should be
looked at. Staff looked at St. Paul and MinneapOlis examples. It appears that the door swing of
the first building will encroach approximately i foot, 3 inches into the right-of-way, and there
will still be 11 feet between that and the curb line. Even with the door swing the sight distance
triangle will still be inet. Staff does not see a problem with this, and they have been working
well with Shingobee Builders.

Mt'.
