Councihnember Elvig commented the resounding question at the meeting was in regards to <br />people being forced to hook up to City sewer and water. He would like to move forward on the <br />planning the Council discussed months ago :about changing that language. He believes the <br />Council is unified that they will not force people to hook up to sewer and water and he would <br />like that included on an upcoming work session. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman announced next week there will be a work session following the <br />Public Works Committee meeting to continue the discussions on the first amendment to the <br />Ramsey Town Center Development Agreement. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded byCouncilmember Cook, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />RespectFully submitted, <br /> <br />Carol Hamer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Time&tver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. <br /> <br />James E.
